La Meva Salut is a digital personal health space that allows the citizens of Catalonia to easily access their health information and relate to the Catalan Health System in a non-face-to-face manner. It also allows access to the health area for children under the age of 18 and guardians. Clinical reports, diagnoses and the results of clinical analyzes and tests can be consulted and downloaded there. It also allows access to the current Medication Plan to go directly to the pharmacy, request a primary care visit and access various digital health services.
